CreateSpace handles the ordering for this paperback book. If you have encountered problems, please make sure to follow these steps:
- Copy Discount Code.
- Click on the "Buy Now" button.
- Click on "Add to Cart" (to lock in this title).
- Click on "Check Out" (which will take you to the log in screen).
- Click "I am a new customer" (unless you are returning).
- After creating a new account, you will be returned to the order page.
- Enter the Discount Code and click "Check Out" again.
- Fill out the shipping and payment information as requested.
